21st Century Child Shoebox Appeal November 2005 This year we again supported the 21st Century Child Shoebox Appeal. We collected over 40 shoeboxes filled with presents to send to children in Eastern Europe.

The Junior children gave two performances of the musical play 'Christmas Praise' for an audience of parents, governors and friends.

We held our Harvest Festival on 6 October. The children's gifts were distributed to older people in the area. We received many cards and letters of thanks.

About 40 children from Years 1 to 6 took part in after school football coaching sessions. At the end of the course everyone received a certificate and trophies were awarded to the best, and the most improved, player in each group.

We had a special school meal to celebrate Hotpot's Birthday. Hotpot cam to visit us while we were eating our meal
